Shabbat evening ramblings

Well, we have surrendered to the onslaught of billions of little white flakes and once again concur with the psalmist's pondering: who can stand against the cold of the Lord! We have canceled all of our services tomorrow as we endure about 16-20 inches of snow that is now very much wind blown. It's amazing what the Lord can due with a simple little low pressure system mixed with some very cold air. It's white, white, white outside and looks like it will stay that way for a few days. I believe we're headed for a white Christmas....
